Confidentiality System

As a world-leading investigatory service provider, TBI has a complete confidentiality and security system, in which clients' information and case materials are classified and well taken care of by information specialists. Before undertaking an investigation, our consultants will help clients go through confidentiality procedures and sign a formal Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement prescribes that without the permission of clients we shall not disclose any information about clients’ background and commissioned subjects to any third parties. We can also add judicial assistance clauses in the Agreement if clients wish to do so.
