As soon as receiving your telephone, facsimile or email, we will immediately arrange a professional consultant contact with you and will submit a written reply after receiving the detailed investigative items you provided. The letter of intent includes the following contents:
A. Whether we can accept your assignment
B. Evaluate the investigation contents
C. Draw out the investigation projects
D. Estimate the turnaround time
E. Confirm the price quotation

Step three: Confirm the investigative project and sign the agreement
According to your requirements and actual status, we will supply and consummate the final investigation project. If there are no objections, the next step is to sign an agreement.

When whole investigation was completed, we will provide integrative investigation report, including the original documents obtained on the spot, detailed records of investigation process, related digital photograph and video datum, legal analysis and expert advices, for you reference.
