Instructions for commission are as follows: Step one: Answer initial questions Step two: Confirm content & a written reply Step three: Confirm the investigative project and sign the agreement Step four: Conduct investigation and submit formal report Charge Effective working hours The effective working hours of complete a case will be confirmed with the client prior to the investigation. The current rate is USD 30 per hour.
